SHIPPING POLICY
Door-to-Door Sea Freight Shipping
We offer free door-to-door sea freight shipping to the Europe. However, for customers in remote areas, delivery may be limited to nearby major cities due to logistical constraints. In such cases, customers will be required to collect their orders from the designated collection point in the nearest major city.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing: Orders are normally prepared and dispatched to our carrier within 7 working days of payment confirmation.
Port Handling: Shipments may remain at the port for 5-7 days before being loaded onto the vessel.
Transit time: Once shipped, goods generally arrive in the Europe within 40-50 days.
Total estimated time: The entire process (processing + shipping) takes approximately 50-60 days.
Note: Ocean freight times are subject to variables such as weather, customs clearance and port operations. The above estimates are for guidance only.
If you need to use the equipments urgently, you can contact us to choose either rail or air transport.

Due to the nature of international ocean freight, shipping speeds are inherently limited. Customers with urgent requirements are advised to carefully consider their timelines before placing an order.
Packing and Damage Protection
Hiking Machinery ensures that all machines are securely packed to withstand the risks of transport. We take full responsibility for the safety of the shipment. In the rare event of transport damage, Hiking Machinery will repair or replace the affected components at no additional cost.
